Milpitas to Conduct Summer Meal Program

The Milpitas Unified School District Summer Meal Program 2017 will help provide meals for children when school is out.

From the City of Milpitas: Milpitas Unified School District Summer Meal Program 2017! Free meals for kids and teens when school is out!

The U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA) Seamless Summer Feeding Option (SSFO) Meal Program can help feed your children healthy meals, at no charge, during the summer months. This program serves all children through age eighteen. No application or registration is required but all meals must be consumed on site. Children receive a complete, wholesome meal, and parents receive help stretching their food dollars.

Milpitas Unified School District – Student Nutrition Services Department will be operating three Seamless Summer sites. Here are the sites that are providing summer meals at no charge:

Robert Randall Elementary School (1300 Edsel Drive):

June 5-July 21 (Monday-Friday) 11:00AM-11:30AM

Alexander Rose Elementary School (250 Roswell Drive):

June 5-June 16 (Monday-Friday) 10:45AM-11:15AM

Calaveras Hills High School (1335 E. Calaveras Blvd):

June 12-July 21 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) 11:30AM-12:00PM
*Closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2017.
