Milpitas Man Arrested, Accused On Gun, Drug Charges
The man was taken into custody upon a call of a disturbance on Adams Avenue.

MILPITAS, CA -- A Milpitas man was arrested Saturday on suspicion of possessing a loaded gun and drugs on Adams Avenue, police announced.
Jose Damian Molina-Nunez, 35, was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail on accusations of possession of a concealed firearm and cocaine as well as being under the influence.
Police responded to the 1500 block of Adams Avenue in Milpitas at about 9:15 p.m. on a report of a disturbance between several male subjects, one of which was seen with a firearm. Officers arrived within three minutes of the original call, and they were able to locate the involved parties.

Officers searched Nunez and found a loaded .45 caliber pistol concealed in his waistband as well as a substance believed to be cocaine. He also appeared to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
