Conrado Duarte

Duarte has more than 12 years of experience working in healthcare and is passionate about guiding families through the joys and challenges that aging can bring, always prioritizing our residents’ rights of dignity, respect, and proper care. His vast experience in Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, and Skilled Nursing gives great peace of mind to the families he serves. From Nursing Assistant to Business Development Director Duarte’s career has grown since he moved to the United States from Brazil where he had a career in accounting & finance. Duarte earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Waldorf University and an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Finance from IEPO- Instituto of Research and Education. He lives with his family in San Mateo. According to Duarte, “I believe that integrity, honesty, communication, accountability, respect, and empathy are key values to succeed in life. I will use my knowledge to help to guide residents and their families to the best of my ability so that they can enjoy this next part of their lives.”

Rhoda Takeda

Takeda has worked in senior living communities, for a couple of decades, in the Bay Area for many years before deciding to come to Westmont of Milpitas. She is considered a trusted resource and most knowledgeable in the multifaceted aspects of senior living. Takeda guides seniors and their families with compassion as they navigate through senior living options. According to Takeda, “I have helped hundreds of seniors find their new home, a perfect community in which they acclimate and flourish. I am devoted to making the lives of our seniors the best they can be. Because when they move into our community, they become part of my family.” Takeda attended Chabot College and San Jose State. She lives with her family in the East Bay.
