San Jose Woman Arrested, Accused of Auto Theft
A Milpitas police sergeant noticed the suspect park the vehicle reported stolen last month by the San Jose Police Department.

MILPITAS, CA -- A San Jose woman was arrested a little over a week ago on suspicion of driving and possessing a stolen vehicle on Dempsey Road in Milpitas, along with other prior violations.
A Milpitas police sergeant noticed a stolen Lexus RX 330 park on the 100 block of Dempsey Road near Selwyn Drive at 4:52 p.m. on Feb. 7. The Lexus was reported stolen to the San Jose Police Department on Jan. 28.
Milpitas Police detectives saw Adriana Elizabeth Sandoval Rodriguez, 35, drive the vehicle and took her into custody after she parked the car. Rodriguez was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail.
