MILPITAS, CA — A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old he met through a social app, according to Milpitas police.  Shawn Edward Calhoun was arrested at his home in Milpitas Wednesday on suspicion of several sex crimes, officers said. Investigators learned of the alleged offenses Tuesday, and determined that the victim may have been assaulted multiple times this summer. They're also trying to identify any other potential victims.  Anyone with information about Calhoun or possible victims of sexual assault is encouraged to call the Milpitas Police Department at (408) 586-2400.
