Konrad Reuland, a Mission Viejo High School alumnus and professional NFL tight end for the New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens, suffered from a brain aneurysm and passed away in December 2016 at the age of 29. Even after his passing, Konrad helped save and improve the lives of more than 75 people through successful organ and tissue donations.

Proceeds from the tournament will go toward the Konrad A. Reuland “Little” Scholarship, where funds are awarded through Big Brothers Big Sisters to sponsor someone with collegiate sports aspirations. Proceeds will also benefit Donate Life, an organ and tissue donation entity; and the Lisa Colagrossi Foundation, which works to spread awareness and provide support for brain aneurysm research and education.
