City Sponsoring Halloween Costume Parade

From the city of Mission Viejo:

Mission Viejo is gearing up for a fun-filled Hometown Halloween on Saturday, Oct. 25.

The exciting community celebration, sponsored by the city and conducted by the Saddleback Valley Unified School District, is from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way.

This year’s title sponsors are Allen Chiropractic and New Generation Dentistry.

The event includes carnival game booths, crafts and pony rides. Guests will enjoy tasty fare, trick-or-treat stations, Abbit the Average roving entertainer and the Wacky Whitchin’ Kitchen, a pint-sized haunted house.

Kids sporting their favorite costume can walk the red carpet during the costume parade. The parade will be hosted by Michelangelo and April O’Neil from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Masks are not allowed on anyone over the age of 12.
