Drunken Hankey Teacher? Police Interviews Inconclusive
Although the investigation is open, police interviews have been inconclusive in the investigation of an allegedly drunken substitute teacher at Carl Hankey Elementary.

Was a substitute teacher at Carl Hankey Elementary last Friday? Police are still not sure.
After interviewing students of Carl Hankey Elementary on Monday, police investigators turned up no conclusive evidence of wrongdoing, Orange County Sheriff's Department spokesman Jim Amormino said.
The spokesman wouldn't elaborate, but he did say the investigation remains open.

The Capistrano Unified School District isn't telling much, either.
"It's a personnel issue at this point, and we can't comment on personnel issues," CUSD spokesman Marcus Walton said.

He added the district will do what is necessary to keep students safe.
