What’s Included with the Wild Fork BBQ Lounge Pass:
- Saturday General Admission (July 26)

Exclusive Culinary Experience: 2 PM – 6 PM
Between 2 PM and 6 PM, lounge guests will enjoy a complimentary sample of Filipino-infused Beef Picanha, a BBQ specialty crafted by master chef FlipSterBBQ, Rommel Manio. This flavorful fusion dish will be served only in the Wild Fork BBQ Lounge.
During the exclusive tasting, guests will have the opportunity to join an interactive Q&A session with Chef Rommel Manio. He’ll dive into his grilling techniques, share tips for building bold, balanced flavors, and discuss the cultural influences behind his signature dish. He proudly chooses to cook with Wild Fork products, citing their exceptional consistency, freshness, and wide selection.
