Free tax preparation appointments for low-income individuals

Priority registration begins on January 17

(City of Mission Viejo)

In an effort to assist low-income residents, the City is teaming up with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program to provide free tax preparation for Mission Viejo residents.

Mission Viejo residents can begin making appointments January 17, and non-residents can make an appointment beginning February 13.

Appointments are available for seniors with an annual household income less than $60,000. Appointments take place between 9:30 am and 4 pm on Thursdays February 2 through April 13 at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.
