Man Jailed After Flashing Allegations from Mission Viejo Teen Girls

A 26-year-old man is behind bars today on suspicion of exposing himself to three teenage girls in Mission Viejo.

Todd Bartee was booked on suspicion of indecent exposure, according to Orange County sheriff's Lt. Jeff Hallock.

Bartee is accused of exposing himself to the girls Wednesday night at Oso Parkway and San Rafael and then getting into a vehicle and driving away, Hallock said.

Sheriff's deputies were called at 10:52 p.m. The father of one of the girls spotted the license plate of the vehicle and deputies tracked down Bartee at his home, Hallock said. A bail amount was not immediately available.
