Heavy Traffic After 4-Vehicle Crash In Mission Viejo Injures One
A four-car crash on the Interstate 5 freeway heading south in Mission Viejo blocked four lanes Monday morning.
MISSION VIEJO, CA — At least one person was injured in a four-car crash on the Interstate 5 freeway heading south in Mission Viejo Monday morning, the California Highway Patrol reported. The incident resulted in a SigAlert lasting more than an hour, and severe traffic slow-downs as four lanes were blocked due to the crash.
As of this report, all lanes on the freeway have been reopened. The crash occurred a little after 10 a.m. Monday morning near the Crown Valley Parkway off-ramp in Mission Viejo. According to the CHP, at least one person was injured. The status of the injured person is not yet known.
