With Mother's Day about two weeks away, Patch is looking for Mission Viejo's favorite mom, so we're asking our readers to submit Mom photos (including a kid) along with a few sentences in the caption box that tells why Mom is so special.

Patch will create a poll and, as the photos come in, add names so that readers can vote.  You can also vote in the comments section below, and that vote will count as three votes.  

All we ask is that one of the people pictured be from our community; could be mom, could be the nominating kid.
