Bobcat Reportedly Sighted in Sierra Madre

A Sierra Madre resident reported seeing a small bobcat Wednesday morning at around 6:30 a.m., according to Sergeant Ruben Enriquez.

The resident reported seeing the animal in the 600 block of Edgeview Drive, but when police officers responded they could not find the bobcat.

“Up until a couple days ago, we were receiving bear sighting calls almost daily,” Enriquez told Patch.
