Even More Power Outages Planned For Parts Of Monrovia
Southern California Edison will continue its work in the city, which will require intermittent power outages.

MONROVIA, CA — Another round of planned power outages will hit Monrovia this week as Southern California Edison continues work on its aging infrastructure.
The outages are planned for Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, and are required by the utility company to make any necessary repairs and improvements, Monrovia officials said. This will be the third week in a row that planned power outages have hit the city.
The dates and locations impacted by this week's outages are:

- Tuesday
- 300 block of East Hillcrest Boulevard from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- 300 block of Bradbury Road from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesday and Wednesday
- 200 block of North Mayflower Avenue from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Saturday
- 600 block of Terrado Drive from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Shamrock Avenue between Valley View and Ocean View avenues from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Households impacted by the outages were sent notifications in advance, according to city officials.
