Monrovia Police Announce Medal of Valor, Officer of the Year Awards
Several Monrovia Police Department officers will be honored at the next City Council meeting for their distinguished service.
From a police department news release:
The will be recognizing the accomplishments of eleven of our employees on Thursday, May 3, 2012, at 5:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers. One recipient will be awarded the Medal of Valor, one will be recognized as the Officer of the Year and the other recipients will be awarded the Distinguished Service Medal for their exceptional dedication to the Monrovia Police Department and their commitment to the community of Monrovia.
