Monrovia's Flags at Half-Staff to Honor Neil Armstrong
The city is flying its flags at half-staff through Saturday to honor the legendary astronaut, who passed away last week.

Flags will be held at half staff through Saturday, September 1 in honor of life and passing of national hero, Neil Armstrong.
