Monrovia's Holiday Decorating Contest Winners

The official winners of the city's Holiday Home Decorating Contest were recognized by the City Council earlier this week. A map is attached for residents who want to tour the entries. Here are the winning homes:

• Best Window Display: 163 Mauna Loa Drive
• Most Effective Use of House Lighting: 214 South Alta Vista Avenue
• Best Decorated Outdoor Tree: 253 North Mountain Avenue
• Best Neighborhood Effort: Valmont Drive & Valmont Place
• Snowman Award: 632 Terrado Drive
• Children’s Choice Award: 808 West Walnut Avenue
• Toyland Award: 422 East Colorado Boulevard
• Holiday Spirit Award: 529 Valmont Drive
• Judges Award: 702 East Lime Avenue
• MAP Festivities Award: 500 Block of East Almond Avenue
