Ochoa Doesn't Want Housing Assistance From Glendale
Former Monrovia City Manager Scott Ochoa does not expect that the City Council will change the terms of his home loan.

Former Monrovia City Manager Scott Ochoa does not think the City Council will alter the terms of his home loan and is pursuing other options to pay off his debt, he told the Glendale News-Press.
Ochoa said he does not want housing aid from Glendale as he prepares to move to the city where he's now employed as city manager.
"I absolutely didn’t want to do housing assistance," Ochoa told the News-Press.

Ochoa's proposal to alter the terms of his was effectively denied Tuesday when the City Council failed to reach a consensus on the issue. Council members Tom Adams and Joe Garcia said they were worried any modification for the former city manager.
