It's not exactly the local Moorpark news usually presented on our site, but because so many Moorpark residents commute into Los Angeles, fly in and out of Los Angeles International Airport or just use the 405 Freeway to get around the Southland, we're posting this Patch interview with Michael Barbour, project director of the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening Project.
