Bingo Bash to Support Active Adult Center

Early next month the Active Adult Center along with the Moorpark American Legion post will host a Bingo Bash fundraiser.

The event will serve as a fundraiser for the center, which provides activities, social events, lunches, education classes and more for those 55 and older.

A $20 buy-in includes 10 games, two specials, a dessert bar, coffee, tea and chance to win door prizes and cash. Additional game packs will be sold at the door.

The Bing Bash begins at 11 a.m. June 8, with doors opening at 10 a.m., and will take place at the Active Adult Center, 799 Moorpark Road. Participants must be at least 18 to play.

Tickets are on sale during regular hours at the center.
