The body found near Price Road in Somis Saturday has been identified as Moises Azpeitia Garcia, 22, a resident of Oxnard, according to a report from the Ventura County Sheriff's Dept.
Garcia's death was determined to be a homicide, the report said.
Field workers in Somis discovered his body in a Price Road orchard Saturday morning.
The Sheriff's Department requests anyone who was in the area late Friday night or early Saturday morning to contact Detective Jose Lopez at 805-384-4723.
