The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has made a temporary repair on a bump on a bridge in Moorpark which was creating traffic problems for motorists over the past few months, according to a report in the Ventura County Star.
The repair work was completed on the bridge that connects northbound Highway 23 to eastbound Highway 118, the report said.
