Celebrate the city's roots with Moorpark Country Days this Saturday, an annual event which will feature a street fair and parade along High Street in downtown Moorpark.
The parade starts near the corner of Poindexter and Sierra avenues. Check-in for vendors and floats is at 8 a.m. Street vendors will open at 9 a.m. for an hour or so before the actual parade begins at 10:25 a.m., according to the official website.
Immediately following the parade, take the family to an old fashioned street fair with local vendors, crafts, entertainment, a children’s village and more.
