There is a free electronic waste, household battery and fluorescent light collection event Saturday, Sept. 21, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for local businesses and residents.
The event takes place at the Moorpark Public Services facility, 627 Fitch Ave., behind the Police Services building off Spring and Flinn.
No appointment is necessary.
