Free Landfill Day for Moorpark Residents will be on Sunday, September 15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Simi Valley Landfill and Recycling Center located at 2801 Madera Road, north of the 118 freeway.
Moorpark residents can safely and properly dispose of accumulated household waste, construction and demolition debris, and recycle yard trimmings (green waste) at the event.
Hazardous materials and business waste are not accepted.

No appointments are necessary, but proof of residency is required.
