The Moorpark Planning Commission unanimously agreed Tuesday to recommend approval of a conditional-use permit for a proposed indoor swap meet at the Moorpark Community Marketplace, according to the Ventura County Star.
The recommendation next go before the Moorpark City Council for final approval.
