Laura is a licensed nurse and holistic practitioner who blends science with the healing arts through therapeutic sound. With decades in healthcare and education, she now offers crystal sound meditations to reduce stress, support healing, and restore balance. She leads sound bath meditations across San Mateo, San Francisco, and San Jose counties, using crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and guided meditation to promote deep relaxation and emotional release. Laura also offers individual Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) sessions—using sound and vibration to ease pain, anxiety, and tension. She recently presented VAT’s benefits to the Veterans Advisory Committee. Through her work, Laura educates healthcare professionals on the therapeutic power of sound and vibration, bridging traditional and holistic approaches with compassion, clinical insight, and a commitment to collective well-being.
