Endangered Missing Riverside County Woman Found After Extensive Search
Officials exhausted all available avenues before issuing the Endangered Missing Persons notification. She was found hours later.
HEMET, CA — Hours after the California Highway Patrol issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for a 62-year-old woman, missing from East Hemet under unexplained circumstances, she was located, officials say.
The woman was last seen at about 6 p.m. Sunday at Shadow Lane and South Meridian Street, according to the CHP. She is considered at-risk, they say.
Anyone who sees Cross was urged to call 911.

The reason for Cross's classification as an Endangered Missing person was not immediately known.
"The Endangered Missing Person Advisory is issued by law enforcement agencies for people missing under unexplained or suspicious circumstances or vulnerable and believed to be in peril," a CHP spokesperson said. "It is only issued after the investigating law enforcement agency has tried all available local resources."
