Five Below Expands Presence In Southwest Riverside County
The brand celebrated the grand opening of its latest store on Friday.

MENIFEE, CA — The retail store Five Below has opened a new location in Southwest Riverside County.
The brand celebrated the grand opening of its latest store on Friday at 30115 Haun Road in Menifee. The site is the former location of a Party City store.
With the new opening, Five Below now has six stores in and around Southwest Riverside County, including two in Temecula, and one each in Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Murrieta and Perris.

With most items priced between $1 and $5 and some "extreme value" items priced beyond $5, Five Below's target market is mainly tweens and teens, according to the company. The retailer offers clothing, party supplies, room décor, sports items, beauty products, candy, remote control toys and more.

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Five Below has more than 1,800 stores in 44 states.
During an Aug. 27 conference call announcing second-quarter results for fiscal year 2025, Below Five CEO Winnie Park said the company exceeded expectations for both sales and earnings.
Compared to the previous period during 2024, second-quarter net sales increased 23.7% to $1 billion.
"These results demonstrate the effectiveness of our strategy and are a testament to the hard work, dedication and tight collaboration of our teams across the company, especially in an ever-changing tariff environment," Park said. "We have been maniacally focused on executing with excellence, specifically curating Wow! newness in our assortment, simplifying our pricing while maintaining extreme value, improving in-stock levels and optimizing product flow."
Third-quarter earnings are scheduled to be released early next month.
