Memory Care Seniors Help Spruce Up Church
Vineyard Place residents volunteered to help with spring cleaning and gained a boost of energy.

Some memory care residents helped give a local church a spring cleaning. Seniors at Vineyard Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Murrieta, spent the day volunteering at Cornerstone Christian Baptist Church where the do-gooders cleaned toys.
“This was a meaningful opportunity for our seniors to give back and to feel a sense of purpose,” said Christopher Balmes, life engagement director for Vineyard Place. “Activities like this help our residents stay active, build social connections and boost their overall well-being.”
Vineyard Place is located at 24325 Washington Ave., Murrieta.
