Murrieta Mayor To Deliver 'State Of The City' Address On Thursday
The 32nd Annual Murrieta State of the City begins at 7 p.m. at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort Conference Center.

MURRIETA, CA — Murrieta Mayor Lisa DeForest is set to deliver a "State of the City" address Thursday, where she is expected to report the city is "healthy, engaged and well-functioning."
The 32nd Annual Murrieta State of the City begins at 7 p.m. at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort Conference Center, 39405 Murrieta Hot Springs Road.
The City of Murrieta and Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event that is free to attend. A special "VIP reception" featuring food and beverages will take place from 5:30-6:30 p.m.; tickets for the VIP hour are $45 and can be purchased at https://bit.ly/MSOTC23.

“My goal as mayor has always been to create a healthy dialogue between the constituents and our local government. I am honored to share about the many exciting things happening in Murrieta right now and connect our residents and businesses directly with our City staff who work diligently to create the exceptional community we all love to serve,” DeForest said in a released statement.
Employees with various city of Murrieta departments will be on hand at the event to answer community questions.
