With homelessness continuing to be a crisis in CA, residents at Vineyard Place, an Anthem Memory Care community at 24325 Washington Ave., Murrieta, recently demonstrated the power of compassion by delivering breakfast burritos and coffee to the Y.E.S. Shelter. This heartfelt gesture was organized by the seniors and staff to provide nourishment and hope to those in need.

“Even though our residents have a dementia diagnosis, they continue to connect with the world around them, finding purpose in helping others,” said Christopher Balmes, life engagement director for Vineyard Place. “It brings them great joy to help others as they work to get back on their feet.”
