Professional skateboarder Kurtis Colamonico on Monday led a skateboarding demonstration for Vineyard Place residents.
MURRIETA, CA — Riding a skateboard might not be for everyone, but that did not stop residents of Murrieta's Vineyard Place from getting in on the fun.
On Monday, former professional skateboarder Kurtis Colamonico and three of his Skate Kids students showed out for memory care residents, who responded in kind with homemade skate-themed decor and cheers.
Jodi Cornman, senior community relations director for Vineyard Place, said offering exciting experiences helps residents thrive.
