Traffic Alert: I-15 Commuters, Note Lane Closures July 8 Through 11

MURRIETA, CA — Temecula has announced a temporary northbound I-15 lane closure between Winchester and Murrieta Hot Springs Road starting Monday.

Monday, July 8 through Thursday, July 11, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., alternating lanes will be closed on the I-15 from Temecula to Murrieta. At least one lane will be open each night, the city said.

This is an ongoing part of the French Valley Parkway expansion project, known as the Phase 2 Improvement Project.

"Contractors will be forming concrete and doing asphalt work, resulting in the nighttime closures," they said.
