A salon's storefront window was damaged Thursday afternoon after a driver accidentally backed his car into it, police said.
Acting Sgt. David Lee said a car crashed into Lather Salon at 39712 Cedar Blvd. after a man who was trying to back up got his sandal stuck on the gas pedal.
One person who was inside of the salon suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at the scene, Lee added.
