Cougars Girls Basketball Summer Camp 2023

The annual Cougars Girls Basketball Camp will be held Monday-Friday, July 10-14, 2023, 9:00 am - 12 :00 Noon, at the Silliman Activity Center, 6800 Mowry Avenue, Newark. The camp is designed for the following three grade-groups: 1st-3rd grade, 4th-5th grade, and 6th-8th grade. Online registration is now available at www.newark.org on the Recreation link.

The fee is $125 for Newark residents, and $135 for non-residents. The fee includes a Camp T-Shirt.

Players will have FUN learning how to improve and develop their basketball skills, including shooting, ball-handling, passing & catching, as well as footwork & agility. Player's will be separated by grade, age, previous experience, and current skill levels.

The camp will be directed by Coach Darryl Reina, Newark Memorial Girls Basketball Head Coach, assisted by other staff and high school player's.
