So it’s almost Valentine’s Day and you still have no gift. The plan: Grab a teddy bear, chocolate and roses.
That sounds good. Right?
While most women, including myself, would be happy with sweets and flowers, there are other ways to impress your belle.

- Jewelry. What else? — Laura S.
- No jewelry, no candy, no roses. I want a nice relaxing day. I would love a day at a local spa or something like that. — Tammy W.
- I love roses. Ya, I know they die but I save one and let it dry out. I’m a simple girl that has love and there in nothing else that I need. — Virginia V.

We also asked Newark men what they’d like for Valentine’s Day and one local gave us some insight:
- Just make it special, unique, memorable, planned, new, and do something we both enjoy. Maybe recreate an old date that was spontaneous and adventurous. — Brian C.
