Legendary Ramen House Finds Home At South Coast Plaza
Ramen Nagi is making its grand debut in Orange County, bringing authentic Japanese ramen to South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa.

COSTA MESA, CA — A popular ramen bar from Japan is making its grand opening in Orange County, after Ramen Nagi announced its March 17 debut at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa.
The restaurant, led by founder and Master Ramen Chef Satoshi Ikuta, will join Ramen Nagi locations across the country including: San Diego, Los Angeles, Arcadia, Palo Alto and Santa Clara.
"We heard the call from our loyal Orange County fans who drive to our other existing Southern California locations," Ikuta told Patch. "Ramen Nagi offers authentic and innovative Japanese ramen and rich culinary heritage that we believe will be a fantastic addition to the area's dynamic food scene and culturally vibrant community."

The ramen house is known for both its welcoming atmosphere and its world-class noodles, which are crafted in-house and served with traditional and fusion broth flavors.
Patrons can choose between five classic broth flavors and customize ramen bowls for broth density, flavor richness, noodle texture and more.

To celebrate the March 17 opening, Ramen Nagi will offer a new Limited King as part of its "Limited King" ramen varieties, available only during opening week. According to Ikuta, the secret variation of the "Limited King" ramen will be revealed on opening day.
