NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Former Newport Beach Mayor Will O'Neill was elected as the new chair of the Orange County Republican Party this week, The OC Register reported. According to the report, the race for the chair was between O'Neill, Orange County Supervisor Don Wagner and former Fullerton Mayor Bruce Whitaker.
