Support the Troops at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf
Today CBTL will donate $1 from each sale of any $2 ice blended drink to the military program, Operation Homefront. The program helps provide emergency financial aid and support to military families and wounded soldiers.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is helping support members of the United States military and their families through its Operation Homefront program.
Operation Homefront, a non-profit organization that provides emergency financial aid and support to families of service members and wounded warriors, is helping brew up support for American troops. CBTL is giving customers three ways to support its new “Support at Home” cause throughout the duration of the six week promotion that is now underway across the country, including stores in and .
- On the Fourth of July, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf will donate $1 from each sale of any $2 - 12oz. Ice Blended drink in participating stores, including the new summer flavors, Cookies & Cream and Mocha Mudslide, to Operation Homefront.
- The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf will donate $1 from each sale of its limited edition “Support at Home” coffee blend, a pre-ground blend that combines Sumatra and Brazil coffees to create a medium dark roast product. The coffee will be available for $9.95 in participating stores and online while supplies last.
- Customers who purchase the “Support at Home” retail coffee can request that the bag be donated directly to returning troops and their families. Each package features a blank surface on the back of the label where customer can write a heart-felt message to the recipient.
“We’re proud to debut our ‘Support at Home’ program with the help of our loyal customers whose generosity has made ‘Support from Home’ such a great success in past years,” Mel Elias, president of CBTL, said in a released statement. “We hope the bags of coffee and donations bring our servicemen and women and their families comfort in knowing that we as a nation are humbled by their dedication to our country.”
