UPDATE: Health Warning Lifted from Lancaster Street
Bacteria levels exceeded health standards this week.

Health officials have lifted a water warning earlier this week.
Warning signs were removed Friday afternoon by the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Ocean Water Protection Program from Lancaster and Canal streets at the Newport Slough. According to health officials, the bacteria levels exceeded health standards on Tuesday.
The agency posts updates and signs when water warnings are necessary.
