CA Penal Code 302 MUST GO !

This law is being used and abused by cults and religious and non-religious organizations. It is a way to silence protestors. It is a way to stop protestors first amendment rights.

LAPD and the Los Angeles City Attorney have used this code to silence protestors. Cults and religious organizations use lies in order to prosecute, cite and put in jail protestors.

Harassment of Protestors by LAPD and the Los Angeles City Attorney must stop.

I am specifically talking about protestors of Scientology and the Catholic church. They are the worst violators.

I was maliciously prosecuted by Priest Marco Ortiz at Divine Saviour Catholic Church 90065. Now he is at St. Robert B. In Burbank. And, I was also maliciously prosecuted by priest Albert Pragasam at Divine Saviour catholic church 90065 and their lying church members. I went to jury trial. A jury found me not guilty within minutes. Cruel what they did.
