Car Crashes Into North Hollywood Bike Shop
A suspected drunken driver who crashed into a North Hollywood bike shop had to be freed with the jaws of life Friday morning.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — A motorist was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while impaired Friday after his car crashed into a bicycle shop in North Hollywood.
Paramedics sent to Kling Street and Lankershim Boulevard shortly before 2 a.m. freed the man from the vehicle and took him to a hospital in unknown condition, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported. His name was not immediately available.
The car, a Toyota, became wedged in the storefront window of Metropolis Bikes, according to the Los Angeles Daily News.
