Cheapest Gas

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose one-tenth of a cent today to $3.818, one day after falling three-tenths of a cent, the first daily decrease since July 8, according to the City News Service.

The average price is four-tenths of a cent more than one week ago and 70.3 cents above what it was a year ago but 6.4 cents less than a month ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
