Daly Glass on Vineland Planning to Relocate

After 63 years in business on Vineland Avenue, the owner of Daly Glass is looking to move the shop once the current storefront is sold.

Owner Bill Rust said the glass business is doing well, but issues like a lack of street parking are pushing him to relocate to Burbank or another property in North Hollywood.

Rust bought Daly Glass from its previous owner 33 years ago. Prior to that, he had a job there boarding up broken windows.

His business specializes in emergency broken window replacement and providing glass for movie sets.

The property was listed for sale by Marcus & Millichap with a price tag of $875,000, Rust said.
