Fish Dish Replacing Cold Stone at NoHo Commons

The casual seafood eatery's menu options at its two other locations include tilapia, mahi mahi, halibut and catfish.

Seafood grill Fish Dish has a signed a lease to take over Cold Stone Creamery's spot at the NoHo Commons.

The casual dining restaurant, which specializes in broiling and frying catches from the deep, already has one location open in Sherman Oaks and another in Burbank.

Fish Dish could open within three months at the 1,200-square-foot storefront, said Eric Reuveni, CEO of Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Group.

The Sherman Oaks location received four stars out of five on Yelp with reviewers recommending the grilled red snapper, tilapia and the mahi mahi with Cajun seasoning.

Tacos, burritos and a few chicken dishes are also featured on the menu.
