Measure B Aftermath: Requests for Porn Permits Drop
The voter-approved law prohibits filming sex scenes without condoms is starting to show.

Requests by the adult entertainment industry for porn shoot permits have dropped significantly so far in 2013, just a few months after voters passed a law requiring male performers to wear condoms, the Daily News reports.
The organization Film L.A., which processes filming permits, says only two such requests have been made this year, whereas about 500 are typically sought annually.
The new shooting requirements, dubbed Measure B and initially drafted by the L.A. City Council, have already prompted some adult film studios to threaten leaving the San Fernando Valley.
