The 20-year-old "Party in the USA" singer was spotted in North Hollywood Thursday night without her engagement ring and with a man who wasn't her fiancé, according to OMG.

But Cyrus responded quickly to the raised eyebrows, saying all is well with husband-to-be Liam Helmsworth and the guy she was with on her way to a birthday was a close platonic friend, according to the gossip site.
