Hone Your Chops at New Martial Arts School
Valley Martial Arts Center offers lessons in shotokan karate for kids and adults as well as Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
The Valley Martial Arts Center has opened its doors on Burbank Boulevard in North Hollywood recently, and has regular classes in shotokan karate—for children and adults—as well as Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
The center's instructors and owners spoke to Patch about their business, and demonstrated some karate moves. Click on the video above to see them in action.
The center is having a grand opening party on Saturday, and will be giving demonstration classes from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. before offering an open mat and barbecue. Everyone is welcome to attend; reservations are recommended.
